MANILA, Philippines — The Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas is preparing for more campaign sorties in March as the election season heats up, with its campaign manager, Navotas City Rep. Toby Tiangco, revealing that they would visit some vote-rich provinces soon.

In a statement on Wednesday, Tiangco the Alyansa bets would visit the provinces of Camarines Sur, Leyte, Pampanga, Cavite, and Laguna — areas which they believe would have a decisive role in the 2025 midterm polls.

“Momentum is on our side, and we are just getting started. From Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao, Filipinos have shown that they want leaders who will push for stability, continuity, and progress. Alyansa is ready to deliver,” Tiangco said.

“We are taking our campaign to key areas. Camarines Sur, Leyte, Pampanga, Cavite, and Laguna are among the biggest provinces in terms of voter population. These are places where Filipinos want leaders who will work for them, and Alyansa is stepping up to that challenge,” he added.

Before going to these areas, Tiangco noted that the Alyansa would wrap up February with a rally in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

According to Tiangco, Alyansa’s campaign has been more than asking people to vote for them, as candidates have reiterated that the polls will be critical in shaping the country — as it was important to have a “strong, cooperative Senate that will champion economic development, job creation, infrastructure, and social programs.”

“This election is about results, not rhetoric. Alyansa is committed to action, not distractions. We will ensure that every Filipino sees the path forward—a future of opportunity, stability, and prosperity,” Tiangco said.

“We are not just campaigning — we are shaping the direction of the nation. The people’s trust is our greatest motivation, and Alyansa will not let them down,” he added.

So far, the Alyansa bets have visited Laoag City in Ilocos Norte; Iloilo City in Iloilo province; and Carmen in Davao del Norte for their proclamation rallies. The administration-backed candidates then went to Pasay City for their first-ever sortie in Metro Manila, followed by visits to Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental, and Victorias City in Negros Occidental.

On Tuesday, Tiangco said that the strong support for their Senate bets had been evident, adding that this could be attributed also to the people’s positive outlook towards the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr..
